This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and exchange terms for personalized activity and rest balance plans purchased from Elbowsbioscrub through elbowsbioscrub.world. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that respect both our clients and the customized nature of our services.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all plan purchases including the Essential Rhythm Plan at NZD $89, the Balanced Life Blueprint at NZD $159, and the Complete Harmony Program at NZD $279, as well as any supplementary consultations or plan upgrades purchased through Elbowsbioscrub. Because our products are personalized services created specifically for each client based on individual lifestyle assessments, standard return policies for physical goods do not fully apply.

2. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, you may cancel your plan purchase within fourteen days of payment if your personalized plan has not yet been delivered and your lifestyle assessment has not been conducted. A full refund will be processed within ten business days of receiving your cancellation request.

3. Cancellation After Assessment

Once your lifestyle assessment has been completed, a portion of your plan fee covers the professional time invested in understanding your activity patterns, rest habits, and personal goals. If you cancel after your assessment but before plan delivery, you are entitled to a partial refund equal to fifty percent of the plan purchase price. This reflects the completed assessment work while acknowledging that the customized plan document has not yet been created.

4. Cancellation After Plan Delivery

After your personalized activity and rest balance plan has been delivered, refunds are generally not available because the core service has been fulfilled. However, if you believe your plan does not meet the specifications agreed upon during your assessment, you may request a plan revision at no additional charge within fourteen days of delivery. Contact us with specific details about what aspects of the plan do not align with your discussed requirements, and we will work to adjust your schedule accordingly.

5. Plan Revision Guarantee

Elbowsbioscrub stands behind the quality of our personalized plans. If your delivered plan does not reflect the information and goals discussed during your assessment, we will revise it at no extra cost. Revision requests must be submitted within fourteen days of plan delivery and must include clear explanation of the discrepancies. We will deliver the revised plan within five business days of receiving your feedback.

6. Consultation Cancellations

Follow-up consultations included in your plan can be rescheduled without penalty when you provide at least twenty-four hours notice. Cancellations with less than twenty-four hours notice may result in forfeiture of that consultation session. No-shows without prior notice will be counted as a completed consultation. Additional consultations purchased beyond your plan allocation are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with twenty-four hours notice.

7. Plan Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan, such as moving from the Essential Rhythm Plan to the Balanced Life Blueprint, the price difference between plans will be charged. Any unused consultations from your original plan will be credited toward your upgraded plan. Downgrades from a higher-tier to a lower-tier plan are not available after plan development has begun.

8. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund to your account.

9. Consumer Guarantees

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to services that are carried out with reasonable care and skill, are fit for any particular purpose you told us about, and are completed within a reasonable time. If our services fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy including refund, replacement, or compensation. This Return Policy operates alongside your statutory rights and does not limit them.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that personal circumstances can change unexpectedly. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other significant life events that prevent you from using your plan, contact us to discuss your situation. Elbowsbioscrub will consider pausing your plan, extending consultation windows, or providing partial refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

11. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our response to a return or refund request, you may contact the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or seek advice from Consumer Protection New Zealand. We encourage you to contact us first at service@elbowsbioscrub.world so we can attempt to resolve your concern directly.

12. How to Request a Return or Refund
